Q: What kind of computer and software do I need to use BeijingMath?
A: A high-speed Internet connection is all you need to use BeijingMath.
Q: Which web browsers work best with BeijingMath?
A: You can use Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher, Safari, Chrome or Firefox to access BeijingMath.
Basic Functions
Q: Why do I need to create a teacher or student account?
A: Teacher accounts help parents and educators create assignments, track student progress, and communicate with the experts at BeijingMath. Student accounts are necessary to login and begin practicing math.
Q: How often should students log in to BeijingMath?
A: At least three to five times a week for thirty minutes a session, though we recommend students log in daily to get the most out of BeijingMath.
Q: What happens if I don’t receive an email with my login information?
A: You should receive your login information within 24 hours of signing up. If not, please email us at info@beijingmath.com
Q: How do I enroll students?
A: Log into your teacher account and click the Add Students button on the top left corner of the page. Next, enter the student’s first and last name and select a login ID and password for them.
Q: How can I remove students from BeijingMath?
A: You may remove a student by selecting the student's name, clicking the Edit button at the top of the page, and clicking Remove.
Q: Can I change a student's User ID and Password?
A: Yes. Log in to your Teacher account, select the student's name, and click the Edit button at the top of the page. Remember, User IDs and Passwords must be at least six characters long and are NOT case sensitive.
Q: Which grade level should my students begin practicing with?
A: Even though grades 1-9 are available immediately after students login, BeijingMath recommends they begin with their appropriate grade level and progress to the next level only after they've mastered the one prior. Q: How do I create new assignments for my students?
A: Click on the Assignments button at the top of the page, then click New Assignment on the top left and follow the prompts. You can preview the questions in each assignment by clicking the Preview button. Don’t forget to monitor student progress by clicking the Report button.
Q: How do I find student progress reports?
A: Select the name of the student you want to check on and click the Check Progress button at the top of the page.
Purchase and Payment
Q: How do I purchase a license and pay for BeijingMath?
A: It's easy to pay for and begin using BeijingMath. Just got to www.beijingmath.com and click the Buy Now button and follow these four easy steps:
  • Step 1: Choose a package and the number of licenses you'd like.
  • Step 2: Create a teacher/parent account so you can create assignments and track student progress.
  • Step 3: Pay with any credit card using PayPal and check your email for confirmation and your login credentials.
  • Step 4: Go to www.beijingmath.com, log into your Teacher account, and create student IDs and passwords for each of the licenses you purchased
Your students can begin practicing math immediately!
Q: Why do I have to use PayPal?
A: We use PayPal to ensure your personal and financial information remains private and secure. PayPal allows you to use any major credit card or your bank account to purchase a BeijingMath license.
Q: I have a coupon code, how do I use it?
A: To get your license at a discounted price enter your coupon code in the box on the Payment Summary page and click Apply.
Q: How do I purchase additional student licenses?
A: Log in to your Teacher account and click on the Buy Additional Licenses button at the bottom of the page and follow the prompts.
Q: What if I need to purchase licenses in bulk for an entire class or school?
A: Request a custom quote here or contact us directly at info@beijingmath.com.
Q: How do I renew my license?
A: Log into your Teacher account and click on the Renew button next to the name of the student you wish to renew and follow the prompts.
Q: What if I’m not happy and want a refund?
A: You have thirty days to request a refund from the date of purchase of a yearly license or fifteen days from the date of purchase of a monthly license. To request a refund email our Customer Service Team at info@beijingmath.com.
